OK. Some of you noticed, we have new name now.
It’s true. Malaysia.YouthSays.com rebranded to SAYS.MY

You must be wondering why out of the sudden we got a new name? Listen to Khailee Ng, co-founder of SAYS.my

So why the new name? What does this mean to our 277,000+ members?

Well, YouthSays.com began as a platform for this generation… but we quickly realized that this generation is not defined by a word ‘youth’. It’s not defined by a fixed age bracket either. What became obvious was, that this generation is defined by what we say and share – and we do this on social media.

Did you know, the #1 country in the world using social networking is Malaysia? We spend the most hours on average on it, and we have the highest average amount of friends. Everyone we know seems to be on Facebook, Twitter and sharing stuff. So. We at SAYS.MY team will continue giving us cool stuff to share with more rewards, as well as introduce new features and some surprises in the week or so!

What Is SAYS.my?

SAYS.my is a community of Malaysians who choose cool stuff to share on social media (Facebook, Twitter, blogs) and get rewarded with cash, points and prizes for doing so! Any Malaysian who uses social media can join.

Is the previous YouthSays.com gone forever?

Nope! It’s still here, just with a shorter name, and more focus on using social media to share stuff!

What will happen to my YouthSays.com account? Do I need to create a new account in SAYS.my?

No worries, your account will automatically be on SAYS.my without any changes, you don’t have to create a new account.

What will happen to my cash rewards and contribution points from YouthSays.com?

All rewards earned through YouthSays.com will be transferred to SAYS.my. No addition/reduction in rewards. No worries!

What’s the age criteria to join SAYS.my?

Free for all! Get your family, friends and colleagues to join in and have them share their say. We’ve got a school network, a campus network, and a young professionals network too!

“#1 country in the world using social networking is Malaysia?” This is an extremely misleading statement after paraphrasing the article, just thought I’d point it out.

#1 country in the world implies the highest % of members that belong to that country on each of the social networking platforms OR it can also infer the highest social network penetration % out of that country’s total population.

So you’re trying to imply that by sheer numbers Malaysians make up majority of any social networking platform (bear in mind our population is a TINY 27 million) or that as an activity Social networking has the highest penetration in our population compared to other nations?

You must be joking!
